Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaign Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including weekly promotions, seasonal specials, and in-store events
• Coordinate with vendors, creative teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution
• Schedule key milestone meetings for campaign planning and content planning
• Support the development of marketing materials
• Promotions and In-Store Marketing
• Coordinate in-store signage, displays, and promotional materials to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Work closely with local marketing coordinators to ensure alignment and execution
• Compile campaign execution for communication to stores
• Company Events and Meetings

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with stores, suppliers/vendors, and the general public
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including advertising rates, pricing information, and store sales
• Ability to operate standard office technology, including computers and telephones
• Ability to review and analyze documents and data on screen
• Ability to occasionally transport materials weighing up to 20 pounds (such as files, promotional materials, or office supplies)
• Ability to occasionally travel, including overnight stays

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
• An internship or one year of experience in marketing preferred
