Job Description
- Leads the positioning and messaging for our consumer Deposits products – Checking and Savings.
- Deeply understands the consumer TAM, customer needs and target audiences for each product.
- Spearheads competitor benchmarking and differentiations in meeting customer needs with product teams.
- Advises the GM of Deposits on long-term marketing strategies supporting business targets.
- Forge strong relationships with business lines to support growth, profitability, and retention targets.
- Creates and leads cohesive marketing plans for the deposits business.
- Drives the team to envision, launch, and nurture high-performing deposit products aligned with the brand.
- Partners with deposits leadership to influence marketing strategy at key milestones.
- Synthesizes team work into outputs that sharpen marketing strategy.
- Roadmaps the product marketing calendar to set launches up for GTM success.
- Must-have: 12+ years in Integrated Marketing or Product Marketing.
- Must-have: 9+ years in banking, fintech, or payments—ideally in deposits.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and leading product marketing strategy.
