Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Execution & Community Support: Own execution of the overarching strategy and day-to-day plans of organic social media across national channels by defining and maintaining the social content calendar, publishing approved content, writing captions, ensuring accuracy of links, tags, and CTAs, and engaging with resorts as needed. Partner with field marketing to gather UGC content and educate resorts on best practices and top performing posts. In partnership with your manager, define an expansion and testing plan for new social channels (e.g. YouTube, Threads, etc)
  • Social Production & Graphic Design Execution: Coordinate and execute creative work across our national social channels marketing materials using overarching social strategy and campaign design as guidance. Define and test new content types for use in expanded channels.
  • Launch and Grow Ambassador and Influencer programs: Launch, test and expand a strategy for resort ambassador and/or influencers. Coordinate contracts, communications, deliverables, content collection, timelines, asset readiness, post-visit follow-up, and ongoing collaboration while identifying opportunities for future partnerships and expansion.
  • Social Reporting & Analysis: Maintain recurring social media and community engagement reporting and coordinate sharing insights with Marketing Leadership, Paid Performance and Product and Lifecycle teams to define opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute Creative for Cross Channel testing and adhoc needs: Partner with campaign manager and channel partners to define templated creative needs for quarterly pilots and tests, executing creative across owned and paid channels for monthly pilot programs and channel experiments. Deliver ad-hoc channel experimentation assets as needed for partners and resorts.
  • Creative Asset & Production System Management: Within an enterprise DAM, manage organization of PR templates, asset libraries, creative files, content libraries, production resources, and digital asset management systems to support efficient execution, content availability, brand consistency, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Key Deliverables/Outcomes: Clear growth strategy that connects organic content across social channels, from national to local levels, with optimized field ops training plan(s) and editorial calendars and plans that clearly define the role of social media at the local level, and the relationship between national and local accounts.
  • Key Deliverables/Outcomes: Ongoing testing plan that outlines experimentation, then scaling, into new tactics (e.g. video, new blog topics), and platforms (e.g. YouTube), based on performance and organic content trends.
  • Key Deliverables/Outcomes: Reporting cadence and structure that highlights short term (consistency in strategy, improvement in field training) and long term (expansion into new social channels, increased organic traffic) success of organic content updates.
  • Key Deliverables/Outcomes: Delivery of on-brand, cross channel creative assets for campaign and channel partners, improving channel testing velocity, while maintaining quick creative adjustments for resort templates and materials.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
  • Experience creating social marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Experience scheduling and executing social media content.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Experience using graphic design and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to capture content in-resort (location based on local market), as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience with SproutSocial measurement tools
  • Experience in identifying and managing influencers or brand ambassadors for content creation and/or social campaigns
  • Experience in the pet or pet service industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: marketing, advertising, or a related field
