Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Own the Growth Funnel: Define and execute the product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and free-trial conversion loops.\n- Run Rapid Experimentation: Design, deploy, and analyze high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests to optimize onboarding flows, paywalls, checkout experiences, and engagement triggers.\n- Drive Data-Led Prioritization: Manage the growth backlog, prioritizing initiatives strictly based on estimated ROI, business impact, and statistical significance over subjective opinions.\n- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with UX Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing to build seamless, low-friction user journeys across channels.\n- Deepen Data Analytics: Work hand-in-hand with Data Science and Analytics to uncover conversion bottlenecks, map user behavior trends, and build robust funnel dashboards.\n- Value-Driven Monetization: Focus on building growth hooks that deliver clear, immediate customer value, ensuring long-term user retention and earned renewals.\n\nRequirements\n- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in Growth Product Management (ideally within B2C/D2C SaaS, digital subscriptions, or high-volume consumer tech).\n- Proven Track Record: A demonstrated history of driving material business outcomes—you can clearly articulate how your past experiments moved the needle on acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, or ARR.\n- Experimentation Expert: Deep familiarity with modern growth stacks, analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely), and statistical concepts required for accurate A/B test analysis.\n- Outcomes Over Output: Intensely focused on business metrics and user behavior rather than just shipping features; you know how to measure the exact impact of every change you introduce.\n- Customer-Centric Growth: Strong empathy for the user; you look for growth opportunities by reducing friction and solving user problems, not through dark patterns or artificial friction.\n- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear, business-oriented, board-friendly narratives and present confidently to executive stakeholders.\n- Autonomy & Grit: Comfortable operating with a high degree of ambiguity, making independent decisions quickly based on data, and adapting strategies as fast as market data dictates.\n- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity, online privacy, or device utility software is a plus, but a world-class growth mindset is the priority.\n\nPreferred\n- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity, online privacy, or device utility software is a plus, but a world-class growth mindset is the priority.\n\nBenefits\n- We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone at McAfee to bring their authentic selves to work every day. We offer a variety of social programs, flexible work hours and family-friendly benefits to all of our employees.:\n- Bonus Program\n- 401k Retirement\n- Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Coverage\n- Paid Parental Leave\n- Support and Community Involvement\n- 14 Paid Company Holidays\n- Unlimited Paid Time Off for Exempt Employees\n- 96 Hours of Sick Time and 120 Hours of Vacation for Non-Exempt Employees Accrued Each Year\n- We\'re serious about our commitment to diversity which is why McAfee prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation or any other legally protected status.
