Act as a point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis — working closely with them to intimately understand their business, goals, teams, and how they function.
Contribute to building core strategy, planning, and recommendations to further improve the paid advertising programs of your clients.
Identify opportunities for additional services or resources that help clients achieve their business goals and deliver the best possible work.
Project manage across the entire team — ad operations, measurement, creative, and more — to organize and execute around core advertising objectives while keeping the team aligned to the client’s “North Star” goals.
Manage and present on regular and ad-hoc client calls with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
Organize internal touchbases and alignment points to keep all workstreams on track.

Requirements

Prior hands-on-keyboard advertising experience across paid social, paid search/shopping, and/or programmatic.
At least 2 years of operational experience.
An ability to ingest ad performance data and build narrative, business-unique analysis of performance from the campaign level all the way down to the ad/creative level.
A demonstrated ability to connect with people at all levels in a business setting
Previous experience with advanced measurement like MMM, MTA, or Incrementality Testing.
The ability to clearly and effectively articulate complicated and technical elements and results of advertising programs.
A general understanding of other key components of advertising programs: measurement and attribution, creative/influencer, affiliate marketing, the relationship between organic and paid, and more.
Experience building multi-channel media plans inclusive of both digital and traditional media buys.
Experience working with and managing media partners and vendors.
Experience leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, or other site analytics platforms.
