Job Summary

Own end to end brand initiatives with multi brand oversight and actively shape team culture while driving client growth and cross functional collaboration.

Identify organic growth opportunities and translate product and market insights into client recommendations.

When appropriate, work to optimize established agency account procedures, including account files, approval process and status reports and ensure team members follow them.

Develop and sell recommendations to client(s) with cross functional team members and manager

Requirements

Superior verbal and written communication skills
Superior organizational skills
Able to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients
Experience with multiple types of projects and initiatives (digital, social, omnichannel, TV, CRM)
Able to travel to client meetings
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of medical marketing or agency experience
Previous experience managing one or more direct reports
Patient Pharmaceutical advertising experience is preferred, not required.
