Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and post content on social media platforms about topics, new releases, and tips.
Designing Manuals and Guides: Assist in creating and designing manuals and how-to guides for various processes and tools.
Video Tutorials: Create video tutorials to provide visual instructions and enhance user understanding.
Engagement Monitoring: Monitor and respond to interactions on social media platforms to maintain engagement with the audience.
Analytics Reporting: Track and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or related field.
Proficiency in Figma (required) - this is our primary design tool
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
Familiarity with digital ad formats and platform-specific design requirements is a plus
Ability to work within an established brand system and adapt it across formats
Strong organizational skills, you''ll manage multiple deliverables across campaigns simultaneously
Clear communicator who can present creative rationale and incorporate feedback constructively
