Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff responsible for social media management and video production
- Develop content strategy
- Plan content calendars
- Analyze performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-departmental messaging
- Manage people, processes, and technology to support the team
- Make strategic decisions independently while coordinating across departments
- Translate content expertise into effective team leadership
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
- minimum of four (4) years’ experience in social media marketing and content creation
- supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
- must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required
