Job Summary
You will own the full paid media lifecycle from strategy to optimization and reporting, driving ROI and lead generation across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage & maintain all levels of paid media campaigns; continuously improving on bottom line ROI and KPIs.
- Partner with Stakeholders and Media Partners to develop and adapt marketing strategy to meet business outcomes.
- Ensuring ads are targeted to the most relevant audiences/search queries/etc.
- Overseeing the development of paid ads including text ad copy writing & display ad creation.
- Create paid media performance reports/presentations; identify opportunities and recommendations to meet business needs.
- Support in developing & managing bidding strategy, account structure and performance tracking.
- Support in developing & managing lead/demand generation programs that continuously improve qualified demand volume and quality across multiple channels.
- Assist in developing overall SEM strategy including keyword research, competitive analysis, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Support digital strategy and assist in developing roadmap for ongoing improvements
- Stay current with the latest SEM approaches, present trend reports, benchmark historical and industry best in class results.
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant work experience in SEM for a business with national locations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, and 2-4 years of related experience. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in planning, executing digital campaigns, with an understanding of programmatic
- Experience working with and managing agency resources
- Experience in delivering integrated media campaign strategies and subsequent reporting
- Experience with 3rd party SEM management software and Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) preferred.
- Experience Google, Youtube, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook experience with newer properties such as Pinterest and Twitter a major plus
Preferred
- Expert knowledge of website analytics (Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics or similar analytics tool preferred).
- Experience in Adobe Media Optimizer / Adobe SearchCenter, Adobe SiteCatalyst and Marin Software.
- Experience with BI reporting software (Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI and Datorama)
- Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint Certifications
- SEM Agency experience a plus
