Lead creative assignments from concept to completion, ensuring each project reflects a strong point of view, thoughtful execution, and alignment to campaign strategy.
Guide the creative process with intention—setting direction, managing timelines, and prioritizing high-impact work across digital and print initiatives.
Champion brand consistency across all outputs, ensuring work reflects the client’s voice, values, and identity—whether developed in-house or with partners.
Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates creative quality and supports team development.
Balance hands-on design with leadership—delivering polished assets while setting a high bar for craft and innovation.
Develop original, insight-driven creative concepts across channels, including social, digital, experiential, and print.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated solutions that connect creative, media, and data.
Contribute to storytelling that is authentic, human-centered, and aligned with PMG’s mission.
