Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Capture photo and video content on-site, including bi-weekly trips to Pikes Peak
- Perform light photo editing using tools such as Photoshop or Canva
- Edit short-form and long-form video content, preferably using Adobe Premiere
- Appear on camera as needed for social media videos and promotional content
- Write engaging copy for: Social media posts, Video and voice-over scripts, Marketing and informational emails
- Support special campaigns, events, and promotions as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Be comfortable being on camera and recording voiceovers
- Be creative, adaptable, and willing to try new ideas
Preferred
- Interest or coursework in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
- Basic photo editing experience (Photoshop and/or Canva)
- Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere preferred; other platforms acceptable)
