Job Summary
Own local physician and clinic-network outreach to drive referral volume and align with marketing plans.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, orthopedic offices, pain management clinics, urgent cares, and other referral sources
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings and office visits within your territory
- Identify, pursue, and track new referral opportunities
- Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Promote clinic services and specialties with a thorough understanding of treatments offered
- Gather feedback and maintain a professional rapport with medical offices and their staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach goals with clinic capacity and marketing plans
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or medical sales
- Existing relationships with local medical providers a strong plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
