Job Summary

Own the field-marketing and referral-network growth across the Louisiana FYZICAL footprint, driving physician liaison activities, territory visits, community events, and KPI-driven reporting to boost brand awareness and patient referrals.

Territory Engagement: Build relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners while visiting clinics and events.
Operations and Reporting: Track outreach and referrals, prepare expense reports, and monitor KPIs to inform local strategy.
Cross-location Coordination: Align marketing initiatives with clinic leadership to grow brand presence across the hub-and-spoke network.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
Conduct in-person marketing visits and follow-ups within assigned territory
Represent FYZICAL at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Coordinate marketing initiatives with clinic leadership and administration
Track outreach efforts and referral activity- On Outfield App.
Support brand awareness and growth across all assigned locations
Travel regularly between Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria clinics (Lafayette is the hub facility)
Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain accurate expense accounts
Monitor and report on set KPIs

Requirements

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, and/or business development is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently and on the road
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Preferred

Familiarity with the local Louisiana healthcare market is a plus
