Job Summary
Own and lead on-site event marketing programs by identifying venues, scheduling promotions, and directing a team to generate qualified leads while ensuring professional booths and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, schedule, and book local events, trade shows, fairs, and festivals.
- Coordinate and manage promotional event schedules.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise a team of event marketing representatives.
- Generate qualified customer leads through in-person event marketing.
- Ensure event booths are professionally set up, maintained, and dismantled.
- Track and report weekly productivity, labor, inventory, and departmental budgets.
- Establish and achieve weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize event success.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, team members, and leadership.
Requirements
- Must be located in Seattle, WA.
- Minimum of 3 years of event marketing experience.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting.
- Availability to work every weekend.
Preferred
- Experience in promotional marketing, trade shows, or home improvement marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.
