Job Summary

Drive marketing leadership as VP of Marketing at a seed-stage social commerce startup, owning strategy, brand growth, and cross-functional execution.

  • Own and lead marketing strategy, market planning, and PR to strengthen brand presence.
  • Must-have: proven experience in market planning/research, marketing management, and public relations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing strategies while driving brand growth and market presence.
  • Oversee market planning, conduct in-depth market research, develop marketing strategies, lead marketing teams, and drive public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the consistent delivery of impactful marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in Marketing Management and general Marketing to develop, implement, and measure comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in Public Relations, including building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to foster partnerships with both internal teams and external collaborators.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
