Own and lead the development and optimization of multi-channel nurture programs and lifecycle communications, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive demand and engagement.
- Experience leading email marketing and marketing automation programs
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot or similar platforms
- Strong analytics and stakeholder management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience building and managing multichannel nurture programs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (preferred), Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, lifecycle marketing and customer journey orchestration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
