Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead a complex QSR client business and foster strong senior-level client relationships.
Drive integration across internal teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders.
Oversee and lead integrated agency teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence.
Provide strategic counsel that connects marketing initiatives to broader business objectives.
Navigate complex organizational dynamics and facilitate productive decision making.
Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Ensure projects, priorities, and resources remain aligned to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Present recommendations, strategies, and work confidently to senior leadership audiences.

Requirements

10+ years of account leadership experience within an agency environment.
Experience supporting QSR brands, with franchisee model experience strongly preferred.
Proven success leading large, integrated teams and managing complex partner relationships.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and project leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and build alignment across diverse groups.
Track record of successfully leading challenging client relationships and high-performing teams.

Preferred

Experience presenting to executive and C-suite audiences.
Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
Experience managing multi-agency partnerships and coordinated marketing programs.
