Job Summary

Own Forge’s editorial voice and content system to build durable, scalable narratives across research, education, and investor-focused content, aligning strategy, operations, and AI-enabled workflows to measurable outcomes.

Editorial leadership: define Forge’s editorial voice and point of view, set standards for storytelling, tone, and rigor across flagship research, thought leadership, web content, videos, and sales enablement.
Content franchises: build durable formats and programs that audiences recognize and return to, including research-led narratives, educational series, and ongoing market commentary.
Content strategy: drive a system that serves multiple audiences and aligns to goals across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Job Description

Editorial leadership: define Forge’s editorial voice and point of view, set standards for storytelling, tone, and rigor across flagship research, thought leadership, web content, videos, and sales enablement.
Content franchises: build durable formats and programs that audiences recognize and return to, including research-led narratives, educational series, and ongoing market commentary.
Content strategy: drive a system that serves multiple audiences and aligns to goals across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Content operations: lead quarterly priorities, editorial calendars, success metrics, and orchestrate production with internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners.
Complex concepts to stories: translate private market data, analysis, and product insights into clear, credible content.
AI and workflow design: scale intelligently with AI to increase speed and consistency without sacrificing judgment or voice.
Measurement and outcomes: establish metrics to evaluate content and drive iterative improvements.

7-10 years of proven experience leading integrated, multi-format content strategies that build brand authority and drive awareness, acquisition, SEO, and engagement.
Strong editorial judgment with ability to deliver timely, high-impact stories across distribution, audience growth, and performance measurement.
Deep expertise in private markets (venture capital, private equity, primary and secondary) and translating complex, regulated topics into clear insights.
Understanding of target audiences including mass affluent, HNW/UHNW individuals, families, intermediaries, and institutions.
Practical perspective on using AI to improve content creation and operations.
Able to define long-term strategy and execute key initiatives hands-on.
Physical requirements: operate a computer up to 8 hours/day and communicate detailed information verbally and in writing.

Experience leveraging AI and Analytics tools (AirOps, Heap, Looker)
Data visualization expertise with Flourish and Figma
Experience partnering with financial influencers and content creators
CFA or FINRA qualifications
Asset management, financial services or fintech experience strongly preferred
