Job Description

Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and team members
Represent partner brands and maintain a positive brand image
Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Provide clear and friendly information about products, services, and promotions
Build positive relationships with customers and members of the community
Assist with presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events
Support the marketing team with daily communication and campaign activities
Help track customer feedback and campaign results
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily and weekly goals

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, or communications is a plus, but not required
