Job Summary
Support the execution of multi channel campaigns and events to hit student recruitment targets while collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Content team to close content gaps and keep programs moving.
- Campaign and event ownership: help plan and deploy multi channel programs that engage prospective students.
- Content alignment: coordinate with Content to identify gaps and align messaging with recruitment goals.
- Execution and operations: handle email marketing, event coordination, and related admin to keep initiatives on track.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- support the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and events that drive engagement and deliver results.
- work closely with the Student Recruitment Marketing Manager and colleagues across the department to support in executing various strategies that support our student recruitment targets.
- work on a variety of activities, from email marketing to event co-ordination.
- collaborate with the Content team to identify content gaps.
- perform other administrative duties to help ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- knowledge and a basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- previous internship or relevant work experience in marketing or events with a focus on the higher education sector is essential.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software, as well as familiarity with content management systems for updating and optimising website content.
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and problem-solve creatively.
Preferred
- Familiarity with additional analytics or marketing tools not listed above.
- Prior experience in content creation or digital media production.
- Exposure to international student recruitment.
