Job Summary
Own the medical program marketing and enrollment workflow across public and clinical audiences, coordinating with Prisma Health to drive information sessions and patient enrollment.
- Enrollment coordination and data reporting: schedule appointments, track patient status, and produce weekly progress reports.
- Partner with physicians and office staff on information sessions, patient engagement, and program materials.
- Maintain program data and event calendars to support practice progression and outreach goals.
Job Description
- Develops effective tools, mechanisms, and working relationships to market System programs to the general public, medical professionals, and area medical practices.
- Assists in the development, production, and review of materials to market program(s).
- Enrollment coordination and data reporting: schedule appointments, track patient status, and produce weekly progress reports.
- Maintains database and compile data for detailed weekly reports outlining practice progression and patient program status.
- Works in conjunction with Prisma Health Physician Liaison to market program(s) to area medical practices through office visits.
- Participates in annual events
- Initiates contact with patients and general public to coordinate attendance during information sessions
- Maintains website in conjunction with Prisma Health standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
