Job Description
Responsibilities
- You'll be on set two days a week in Miami.
- What you'll shoot: My Brickell penthouse. Final 3 weeks of this lease before I move out. Once-in-a-lifetime golden hour and night footage.
- A $500k Porsche GT3 RS as recurring b-roll.
- Face-to-camera hooks, vlogs, lifestyle.
- Travel arc (optional, covered if you come): one month in San Diego, one month in Europe.
- Behind-the-scenes of OVO Talent and our creators.
- What you'll actually learn: How I run content as the founder of a creator agency. You see the strategy, not just the shoot.
- Color, pacing, and hook-driven editing from a senior editor already on the team.
- Composition and cinematography mentorship every time we review footage.
- Access to the OVO creator roster once you've earned trust.
- A reel with cars, penthouses, brand work, and international travel.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Miami film or communications program.
- Internship-for-credit is the cleanest structure.
- A reel that shows composition, light, and movement.
- Comfortable on a Sony A7C II (I have one with 16mm, 60mm, and a variable zoom) or bringing your own gear.
- Know when to grab a gimbal, when to go handheld, and when the light is about to turn.
- Show up on time. Don’t flake.
