Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead Demand Generation Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute multi-quarter growth strategies aligned to company revenue goals.
Own acquisition and expansion campaign planning across Panorama’s core solutions.
Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to establish pipeline targets and forecasting models.
Define audience strategy, frameworks, and channel investment priorities.
Build scalable campaign playbooks that can be replicated across product lines.
Drive Integrated Campaign Execution
Serve as the strategic lead across cross-channel growth initiatives.
Align paid media, field marketing, lifecycle marketing, content, and sales enablement efforts into cohesive campaigns.
Ensure full-funnel alignment from awareness through opportunity creation and expansion.

Requirements

5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign leadership within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Experience building and scaling integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns.
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or education/edtech preferred.
