Represent our clients professionally at in-person community outreach events and promotional activities.
Engage with members of the public to build awareness of client initiatives and campaigns.
Communicate key information clearly and confidently.
Answer questions and create positive, welcoming interactions.
Build relationships with community members through meaningful, face-to-face conversations.
Collaborate with team members to support outreach goals and campaign objectives.
Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
Confidence engaging with people from different backgrounds.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or community engagement is a plus, but not required.
