The South Texas Alliance for Orphans mobilizes individuals, churches, and businesses to respond to the foster care crisis—together. No one church, person, or family can meet every need. It takes an Alliance of people playing their part so children are supported, families are strengthened, and youth aging out of foster care aren’t left to navigate life alone. We help people identify their role and step into it with clarity. Through prevention, protection, and provision, we equip communities across Bexar County and Region 8 to serve families impacted by the foster care system in meaningful, sustainable ways.So far, we’ve helped 78 churches and 4,800+ individuals engage intentionally—through training, collaboration, and practical pathways that make real impact possible. Our Mission: To serve and equip the Church, individuals, families, and businesses in fulfilling the biblical call to care for children and families impacted by the foster care system. Our Vision: Every child is part of a safe and thriving family.
