Marketing Analyst, Accounts Payable — Warner Records

Responsibilities

Manage Marketing Budgets with the internal marketing team, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining comprehensive records of project spends
Process invoices, including creating vendors and accurately coding invoices in our financial systems (Ariba and others)
Correspond with vendors and internal staff to issue Purchase Orders, track status, and resolve outstanding invoice or payment issues
Serve as the primary internal contact for establishing new vendors in the Warner Music Group financial systems to ensure timely payment
Partner with admin staff to audit and streamline existing financial workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy
