Job Summary

Own field-facing signals for the court reporter ecosystem by planning conference presence, recruiting events, and multi-channel IC campaigns that drive awareness and conversions among court reporters and independent contractors.

Recruiting events: own end-to-end planning and execution of quarterly recruiting events to scale the independent contractor network.
IC marketing campaigns: run multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, sponsored content, conference sponsorships) to raise awareness and recruit ICs.

Conference presence: plan and run Filevine's presence at court reporting conferences to build relationships and grow the CSR network.
Recruiting events: own end-to-end planning and execution of quarterly recruiting events to scale the independent contractor network.
IC marketing campaigns: run multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, sponsored content, conference sponsorships) to raise awareness and recruit ICs.

Requirements

Early-stage startup experience is a must
3+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated ability to own campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience with paid digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and content marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias toward action
