Responsibilities

• Storytelling + Content Creation
• Capture and share stories that showcase employees, customers, projects, company culture, acquisitions, and community involvement
• Write compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, recruiting campaigns, leadership communications, and public relations initiatives
• Interview employees, customers, partners, and leadership to uncover authentic stories that build trust and strengthen the Merit brand
• Maintain a consistent flow of engaging content that reflects the voice and values of Merit Restorations
• Creative Execution
• Travel to jobsites, branch offices, company events, and community initiatives to capture high-quality photos, videos, and stories
• Produce content using modern creative tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI platforms, photography, and video editing software
• Organize and maintain a growing digital media library that is easily accessible across the organization
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative partners to ensure projects are completed on time and on brand
