Job Summary
Own the end-to-end email copy workflow across multiple brands, including drafting, templating, QA, and data-driven optimization workstreams.
- Transferring copy into editable documents and templates
- Implementing and QAing email templates with formatting, links, and tracking
- Running biweekly A/B tests and data tracking across brands
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Transfer existing email copy from ESP to editable documents across multiple brands
- Code new copy into email templates, including all formatting, links, and tracking measures
- Maintain templates, and implement content updates as needed
- Assist Email Automation Coordinator with QA as needed
- Semi-weekly (2x/week) A/B test and other data tracking updates across multiple brands
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Strong attention to detail and accurate recording of data
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to be self-motivated and dead-line driven
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Undergraduate course work in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
