Job Description

Responsibilities

Own full Direct Mail sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale optimization.
Build and manage a strong pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Serve as the Direct Mail subject matter expert across our markets.
Educate and train Account Executives and sales teams on product positioning, targeting capabilities, best practices, and case studies.
Partner with local sellers on client strategy, prospecting, proposal development, and closing.

Requirements

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in digital or performance-based marketing environments.
Demonstrated experience selling programmatic marketing solutions.
Direct Mail experience required, specifically data-driven or programmatic Direct Mail solutions.
Strong new business development background with a hunter mentality.

Preferred

Experience training, mentoring, or coaching sales teams preferred
Standout: IAB Certification (preferred)
