Job Summary
Own the email reporting and cross-channel optimization loop for engagement, tests, and campaign performance while partnering with analytics to prove incrementality and drive smarter budget use.
- Email & print performance reporting and cadence for leadership and brand partners.
- Link testing, catalog circulation, and audience-targeted messaging powered by data.
- Incrementality measurement with Customer Analytics to improve ROI across email and print programs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for weekly and ad-hoc email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results, and campaign performance
- Partner cross-functionally to test all email campaign links for accuracy prior to launch
- Prepare seasonal/monthly email and print performance recaps and present to brand partners & leadership.
- Assist in managing monthly financial forecast and accruals
- Execute catalog circulation and test plans, using data to identify, target, and deliver relevant messaging to key customer segments
- Partner with Customer Analytics to measure incrementality of all email + print programs, continually improving the efficiency of our investment
- Proactively work with team members, email deployment team, brand, finance, customer analytics, and external vendors
- Analyze competitive marketplace and follow Marketing trends
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in Digital, Email or E-Commerce Marketing
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong interest in Email
- Ability to lead projects proactively
- Analytical problem-solver with insatiable curiosity
- The ability to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive results
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, work on multiple projects, and be flexible
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience with a web analytics system is a plus
