Job Description
Responsibilities
- Developing and leading integrated digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and KPI goals
- Building comprehensive digital media plans across channels including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, GEO, and conversion-focused initiatives
- Leading presentations of digital strategy, performance, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Partnering with creative, account, media, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across the full marketing ecosystem
- Driving performance through data analysis, optimization strategies, and continuous improvement
- Playing a key role in advancing the CONVERT model and lower-funnel performance strategies
- Identifying opportunities to expand digital services and deepen client engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, strategic frameworks, and client solutions
- Staying ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital media planning, strategy, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media channels including search, social, display, and programmatic
- Experience developing and presenting integrated digital marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategy
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with digital platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and timelines
- Business acumen and understanding of how marketing drives growth
- Familiarity with conversion-focused marketing models and performance optimization
