Job Summary
Owns end-to-end brand purchase-to-pay operations and month-end close across multiple entities, driving accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
- Purchase Order & Payment Management: own lifecycle, approvals, and process improvements for domestic and international vendors.
- Contract Review & Invoicing: ensure contracts are signed and invoices posted in USD and foreign currencies with proper tax treatment.
Job Description
Owns end-to-end finance ops for brand purchases across PO, invoicing, currency postings, and month-end across multiple companies with cross-functional coordination.
- Responsibilities: Manage purchase orders and payments, review contracts for signatures, review and post invoices in USD and foreign currencies, and investigate processing issues.
- Responsibilities: Balance month-end closing for multiple entities, maintain accurate records, and resolve reporting or data discrepancies.
- Responsibilities: Serve as liaison between brand partners and matrix shared services to keep the procure-to-pay flow smooth.
