Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategy.
• Identify new opportunities across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and product launches.
• Build quarterly and annual channel growth plans aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social commerce opportunities.
• Build, manage, and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate program.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliates.
• Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
• Establish performance benchmarks and optimize creator ROI.
• Develop systems to continuously expand the creator network.

Requirements

• 5+ years in eCommerce, social commerce, marketplace management, or digital growth roles.
• 2+ years directly managing and scaling TikTok Shop.
• Demonstrated experience growing revenue through creator and affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok content trends, algorithms, and social commerce best practices.
• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred

• Experience with apparel, fitness, activewear, fashion, or DTC consumer brands.
• Experience managing seven-figure or higher annual TikTok Shop revenue.
• Experience launching and scaling livestream commerce programs.
• Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce technology stacks.
• Experience managing agencies, contractors, or remote teams.
