Job Summary
You will own and run multi-channel digital campaigns, craft compelling content, oversee the website and SEO, translate analytics into action, coordinate events and partner sessions, be the main marketing contact for partners and authorities, and shape the marketing strategy and digital transformation.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Run digital campaigns across email, social, web and paid channels
- Create standout content: copy, graphics, video, blogs and newsletters
- Own our website and keep it accurate, accessible and SEO-sharp
- Turn analytics into insight and insight into action
- Plan and support in the delivery of roadshows, outreach sessions and partner workshops
- Be the go-to marketing contact for partners, local authorities and community groups
- Shape our marketing strategy and support our digital transformation
Requirements
- Marketing experience across digital, comms and/or events (non-profit, membership or financial services a bonus)
- A track record of digital campaigns and content that gets results
- Experience running public-facing events or community engagement
- Confidence with WordPress (or similar), email platforms and analytics tools
- Know-how in SEO, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing suppliers and partners
- A degree in Marketing, Comms, Business or Events, or the equivalent hands-on experience
